I’m currently developing Version 4 of the Homosaurus, an international LGBTQ+ linked data vocabulary, for the Digital Transgender Archives. Hands down, this has been one of my favorite projects to work on!
The primary goals of the project are:
- To refactor the database structure to keep better track of versioning
- To redesign the user workflow to make it easier to collaborate on the project, generally and internationally/inter-lingually
- To further internationalize the vocabulary so the platform can be used in multiple languages and information about terms can be stored in multiple languages
